Ever feel out of balance, out of sorts, out of step?
Jean Vaux helps people discover and employ elements of their natural design to create more equilibrium, expression and energy in life.
We can often look no further than nature to learn how to live our lives. Within our physical bodies, our world and our universe lie designs so magnificent and well-thought-out, they "speak" lessons all around us. We live in the dimension of time (chronos) that is constant and predictable, yet our pace can be so harried and unpredictable that we fail to notice these expressions about life and then wonder why we feel stressed and out of balance.
When we examine and apply concepts of how we are designed, our lives and our pace fall in line, saving time, energy and resources. Like other things in nature that achieve an equalizing process called homeostasis by responding to outer chaos with inner order in the center, as we align with our design as our centerpiece, we achieve a stable sense of equilibrium, and greater life expression and energy.

The Vehicle of Equilibrium: The Spirit Are You on a Merry-Go-Round? Do you ever feel like you are spinning around on a playground merry-go-round, as if someone or something is pushing you faster and faster? Or maybe you are pushing yourself, until you don't feel well. Sometimes our bodies do give out when we push ourselves too hard. There is much more centrifugal force on the edge of the merry-go-round. Similarly, in life, too long on the edge and we are more apt to take a tumble physically. Or, we drag your feet to slow ourselves down, get grounded and get some relief. Remember what happened as a child when you moved to the middle of the merry-go-round? The world seemed to not spin as much, you got your bearings and there was more stability there. You felt like the king of the mountain. Many organisms in our physical world, "center" themselves to create more equilibrium. It's a process called homeostasis in which a substance seeks to attain a constant, stable environment to protect from reaching damaging extremes. We were designed with a core, a centering place. It is our spirit. It is the umbilical cord to our Creator. It is connected to THE Power Source, from which all else has come. When we live disconnected from our spirit and disconnected from God's Spirit, we lose our center place. Centering doesn't come naturally. It comes supernaturally. Our center is the strongest position in which to achieve equilibrium in our lives. It is also the place from where we lead out into the rest of our lives and our world. Visit the Spirit Blog here:

The Vehicle of Expression: The Soul
Bloom The Soul adds color and variety to our lives, like a garden adds to a landscape. There are lots of interesting textures, fragrances, shapes and sizes to explore, tend, harvest and share or display. This garden can provide enjoyment, nourishment, haven and ever-giving gifts. The Soul consists of the mind, the emotions and the will: • The emotions can color our perceptions, our passions and our purpose. They can run the spectrum between fear and love. • The mind is not just the brain. The mind is all throughout our bodies, with communication happening at every turn, in every cell - it is infinitely intelligent and creative and resourceful. The brain is a transmitter of messages to our soul and body. The mind and our emotions can bloom and grow and produce beauty or they can produce weeds and barren ground. • Our will is one of the greatest gifts we are given, with which we choose how we are going to tend this garden called our Soul. This area of the website will explore the depths of the soul and living life with our greatest expression. Visit the Soul Blog here:

The Vehicle of Energy: The Body
Zoom Our bodies are the only vehicle we have to contain our soul and spirit. The time between our first breath of life and our last is mostly dependent upon what we do in this vehicle and what we do for this vehicle. If we learn to respect it and care for it, we have a better chance at healthy longevity to live out more of our destiny. If we don't pay much attention to it, our longevity may be short-lived or it may be an unhealthy longevity. Both can cut into the expression of our lives. There are many reasons why a car and a body would get rundown; we need to understand what creates a drag on our vehicles. The up-and-coming frontier in healing is energy medicine. It is based on the science (thank you Albert Einstein), that all matter is energy. Energy just is. It cannot be created or destroyed, only transferred. So wouldn't you like to learn more about energy transfer to power your life's vehicle fully? 1. One of the ways, like a car, is to give it the appropriate fuel. Many people eat food for filler, to satisfy hunger or a need for comfort, instead of for fuel. Eating for fuel provides the body nutrition. Eating for filler, has produced an epidemic of obesity, cancer and heart-related diseases, and reduces healthy longevity. 2. Another maxim of proper auto care is to make sure the fluids are topped off. Our bodies are mostly water, so dehydration makes all our cells suffer, lowering our energy reserve and function. 3. If we don't move our vehicles, they don't work properly. The same is true of our bodies. We are made to move to generate energy. 4. We need to bring our vehicles in for repair. For our bodies, that means proper sleep, rest, and recreation time. Sleep is when our bodies repair and restore themselves, preferably at night. Our physical Vehicle of Energy is not only maintained by food, care and moving its parts, it is fed by our spirit and by our soul. We are a totally integrated unit. Visit the Body Blog here:
